Stabilisation is a process where a pavement failure is profiled to fully granulate the existing material, either a lime or cement product is then blended through the material to create a stronger binding of the road pavement. The material is then graded and compacted to line and level to match the old road in preparation for a bituminous primer seal to be placed over the top as a waterproof layer and surface
